The mechanism works with two rockers whose sensitivity you determine: the thresholds for bait acceptance and activity detection can be set flexibly. That lets you adapt the monitoring of your bait boxes individually to different sites and scenarios.

Large sites? No problem. Thanks to the LoRaWAN connectivity standard JERRY BAIT can cover an area of up to 280,000 m2 (depending on the site*) with a single gateway.

JERRY BAIT is IP68 protected and can therefore be used indoors as well as outdoors. At present we supply JERRY BAIT as standard in the AF rat box.
The rechargeable battery and the modular design make it genuinely sustainable: the sensor technology is not built into the activity pad or the bait rocker, so replacement parts can be bought cheaply.
JERRY BAIT works with the most common types of bait. Bait blocks, bait pastes and loose bait are all compatible with JERRY BAIT. The mechanism stays the same, which makes it considerably simpler than a comparable digital bait scale.
JERRY BAIT is based on the proven JERRY module, already in successful use at more than 6,000 sites.

In the software you define the thresholds at which JERRY BAIT notifies you. You are in full control at all times.
Setting the activity threshold:
You define the period and the amount of activity from which you want to be informed. For example: from 5 activities within 24 hours. You can set the number and the period flexibly.
Setting the bait parameters:
You define the bait in use and the remaining weight from which you want to be informed. For example: a 100 gram bait block, with notification when less than 60 grams of bait remain. That way you monitor the condition of your bait at all times.
In both cases you receive a notification in real time via the traplinked app as soon as the threshold is reached. At the same time, all activity is documented fully and automatically.
