The digital traps from TrapSensor are the ideal addition to the JERRY sensor module. Do you have a location where your own network is not worthwhile or would you like to set up a trap in a place where the signal from your LoRa gateway does not reach? You can fill these gaps with the digital traps from TrapSensor.
Best of all, the TrapSensor traps are integrated into the traplinked app and can be managed together with other traplinked products.
The standalone solution has many advantages: the traps can be set up easily and without technical know-how, regardless of your own network. TrapSensor also allows you to remain flexible – set up and dismantle the traps as you need them.
The TrapSensor traps are connected via the NB-IoT network – a digital mobile network that is widely used in Europe. The device always chooses the best provider. Connectivity is available in more than 50 countries. Note: With each TrapSensor product, you automatically purchase a monthly trap subscription.
All TrapSensor devices are IP66-certified, so you can use the traps in heavy rain without any problems. In addition, the device is designed to meet the requirements of all pest control applications. Snow or strong sunlight – with an operating temperature range of -25°C to 50°C, that’s no problem! This makes the TrapSensor traps a perfect solution for outdoor use!
The TrapSensor trap is powered by batteries, which under normal circumstances have a life expectancy of 1,5 years (depending on use, number of catches etc.). – more details in the data sheet).
