Radio coverage
The stations transmit via LoRaWAN, a dedicated radio network on your site. A gateway reaches up to 300 meters, even between dense rows of racks. No Wi-Fi, no access to your network.
In an open hall, a single gateway is enough, from goods receiving to the trailer at the dock.
Lots of steel and concrete slow the signal down. Then a second gateway is added. We plan exactly where in advance, using your floor plan.
Have your gateway locations planned →Schematic hall, not to scale.
For customer and certification audits
IFS Logistics and BRCGS Storage & Distribution require a plan, inspection, response and trends. For AEO status, what counts is that the records are available at any time. With traplinked, you export the period you need with one click, instead of spending days gathering logs.

BAuA requirements since July 2026
The requirements of the BAuA (German Federal Institute for Occupational Safety and Health) are becoming ever stricter: since July 2026, the preventive use of poison bait has been severely restricted. On large areas, permanent baiting has often replaced inspection. Now that it is gone, something is needed that still covers the area completely, and that is exactly what reporting stations do.
What changes →Schematic outdoor area. The checkpoints outside are handled by JERRY CATCH and JERRY BAIT.
Frequently asked questions
In warehouses and distribution centers, every rodent infestation can mean blocked goods, batches or areas, and with that, your ability to deliver. Manual inspections in high-bay racking, loading docks and trailers are time-consuming and do not provide complete documentation between walkthroughs. With JERRY CATCH as a digital snap trap and JERRY BAIT as a digital bait scale, you monitor every critical point 24/7. Alarms only go out when activity is actually detected, and the audit log grows without any extra effort.
JERRY CATCH and JERRY BAIT are made of robust, wipeable materials and stand securely on the floor, along the wall, at the base or at the edge of pallet spaces, with no drilling, no mounting, and can be moved at any time. Used in goods receiving, high-bay warehouses, cross-docking zones, shipping, loading docks, trailers and swap bodies, as well as in frozen and fresh storage. Resistant to heat, cold and moisture, compatible with standard cleaning in a warehouse environment. They are protected against water and dust. The battery level and radio connection of every station are monitored continuously: if one fails, you get an alert.
Steel racks, densely packed storage and the back and forth between the hall and the loading area make conventional Wi-Fi unreliable for sensors. traplinked uses LoRaWAN, a dedicated radio network on your site with long range, good wall penetration and a fraction of the energy consumption. JERRY CATCH and JERRY BAIT transmit independently of your IT, with no load on the WMS network and no interference with scanners or radio-controlled forklifts. Even from huge warehouses, the traps send their alarms reliably and securely straight to your traplinked App.
IFS Logistics and BRCGS Storage & Distribution require a plan, inspection, response and trends; for AEO status, what counts is that the records are available at any time, not only after several days. Customer audits use the same data basis: you export the period the auditor wants to see. The software automatically logs every alarm, every battery change and every maintenance task: a time stamp for each event, the response with the person responsible, and a location plan of the stations. For the audit, you export the history for the period you need with one click and present it.

Logistics companies have to switch to poison-free monitoring (non-tox). With our digital snap traps, you can bring your business into legal compliance today. You avoid unnecessary poison, protect livestock from secondary poisoning and at the same time meet animal welfare requirements, because every catch is reported immediately and the trap can be emptied promptly.
