Why digital, especially in pharmaceuticals
Manual inspections in GMP areas are labor-intensive: gowning, airlocks, paperwork. Digital stations report on their own, and only those who really need to go in.
Inspection and customer audit
The software automatically logs every alarm, every battery change and every maintenance task: a time stamp per event, the response with the person responsible, a site map of the stations. For the audit, you export the history for the period you need with one click.

IT approval
Every station reports around the clock, and every alert is documented with a time stamp. Your validated network remains untouched. JERRY CATCH and JERRY BAIT transmit via LoRaWAN, a dedicated radio network on the plant premises, independent of your IT and without interfering with validated networks. The gateway transmits via cellular.

BAuA requirements since July 2026
The requirements of the BAuA (German Federal Institute for Occupational Safety and Health) keep getting stricter: since July 2026, the preventive use of poison bait has been severely restricted. In a GMP environment, poison near active ingredients is a sensitive issue anyway. Poison-free monitoring removes this conflict and delivers the proof at the same time.

Frequently asked questions
Every rodent incident can cost an entire batch, and six-figure losses are not uncommon. Manual inspections in GMP areas are labor-intensive: gowning, airlocks, paperwork. With JERRY CATCH (digital snap trap) and JERRY BAIT (digital bait box), you monitor every checkpoint 24/7. An alarm is only sent when something really happens, and cleanroom entries drop sharply.
JERRY CATCH and JERRY BAIT are made of smooth, wipeable materials and are compatible with isopropanol, hydrogen peroxide fumigation and wipe disinfection. They are used in goods receiving, quarantine storage, API storage, excipient storage, packaging and cleanroom anterooms. Resistant to heat, cold and moisture, suitable for climate-controlled storage zones as well as cold storage areas. They are protected against water and dust. The battery level and radio connection of every station are monitored continuously: if one fails, you receive an alert.
Stainless steel walls and validated Wi-Fi networks in production make conventional Wi-Fi unsuitable for pest control sensors. traplinked uses LoRaWAN, a dedicated radio network on the plant premises with long range and good wall penetration. JERRY CATCH (digital snap trap) and JERRY BAIT (digital bait monitoring) transmit independently of your IT and without interfering with validated networks, and store the data directly in your traplinked App.
In a GMP environment, what counts is complete, traceable records: who saw and did what, and when. Regulatory inspections and customer audits query the same history, just in different forms, and the data basis is the same. The software automatically logs every alarm, every battery change and every maintenance task: a time stamp per event, the response with the person responsible, a site map of the stations. For the audit, you export the history for the period you need with one click and present it.
Agricultural businesses have to switch to poison-free (non-tox) monitoring. With our digital snap traps, you can bring your business into legal compliance today. You avoid unnecessary poison, protect livestock from secondary poisoning and at the same time meet animal welfare requirements, because every catch is reported immediately and the trap can be emptied promptly.
