How can I digitize my customers at no extra cost?
With the rental model: you rent JERRY products and LoRa gateways for 24 or 36 months, with no upfront investment. The rate runs alongside the contract you serve with it, and because you only drive to the stations that report something, your effort per site goes down. With the business model calculation, you can work this out for your own sites.
How many LoRa gateways do I need for a site?
That depends on size, building structure and installation location. A gateway has a range of up to 300 meters, less in halls with a lot of steel and concrete: small sites often manage with one, large or complex ones need several. In the free project consulting, we plan the gateway locations on your floor plan and check coverage on site if needed.
What do I need at the customer's site for digital traps?
For JERRY CATCH and JERRY BAIT, just a spot for the gateway with power and cellular or Wi-Fi. The stations themselves run on batteries and need neither power, Wi-Fi nor a SIM card; they transmit via LoRa to the gateway. TOM, TrapMe and TrapSensor report directly via cellular and also work without a gateway. A gateway still makes sense: LoRa penetrates walls, ceilings and basements much better than cellular.
How do alerts from digital traps get into my documentation software?
Through the traplinked integration: HYGiTEC, PestScan, PestSoft and DEBUXX are already connected, and you can connect other tools via webhooks and REST API. Every alert appears automatically at the matching monitoring point, and nobody has to type anything. The connection costs €0.10 per device per month.
Can I keep using existing bait boxes?
Yes. JERRY BAIT makes existing bait boxes digitally monitorable, so you do not have to replace them. The digital bait scale reports when bait is taken and how much is left, saving inspection rounds to boxes where nothing is happening.
